Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation options. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

Flexible cancellation conditions:

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before check-in.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in or the guest does not show up, the full booking amount will be charged.

Change requests:

Reservation changes (e.g., changing the date of stay) are possible subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.

Special circumstances:

In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will examine each situation individually to find a fair solution.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
